Meet Rick Obey, the founder and active broker of Rick Obey Yacht Sales, born in Lynn, Massachusetts. Specializing in modern motor yachts, Rick has been shaping the yachting industry since 1995. Inspired by childhood memories on his grandfather’s wooden boat, he decided to open his own yacht brokerage.

Rick has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and Mediterranean so much so that he essentially knows those waters more than his hometown. Beyond yachts, Rick enjoys playing soccer, baseball and fishing with his two young boys, reflecting his love for the water and the outdoors.
