The event commenced with a seamless check-in at the Key Largo Building from 1 PM to 7 PM. Attendees were greeted with exclusive Canvas ROYS bags, a treasure trove of goodies that included ROYS Beach Towels, T-Shirts (available in medium or large), and stylish ROYS Hats in black or white. Friday catered to every member of the family with engaging daytime kids' activities. The Rick Obey Yacht Sales staff, Barbara Jimenez and Paulina Chandler, assisted in creating memorable day's activities for the kids. These activities included tug-a-war, obstacle courses, making slime, parachute, and so much more!
As the sun began to set, a lively Caribbean-themed Happy Hour unfolded at the Town Hall Terrace. The evening featured entertainment provided by Rick Obey Yacht Sales. A welcoming photographer was stationed at a Step & Repeat backdrop, complemented by a steel drum player. A touch of whimsy was added with a pirate accompanied by a parrot and a mesmerizing mermaid.
Food & Drink Extravaganza
Throughout the event, guests were treated to a few signature tropical drinks: Shark Attack, Shirley Temple (non-alcoholic), Gin Gin Mule, and Rainbow Paradise Cocktail. The evening Cocktail Hour at the Carysfort Foyer embraced an Upscale Luau Theme, complete with a ukulele player, 360 degree photo booth, and welcoming silk leis.

Saturday - October 7th, 2023: A Day of Extravagance
The pinnacle of the event was the Gala Dinner at the Carysfort Ballroom. Guests were announced by a conch shell blower, entering through a stunning palm tree canopy.
