The evening kicked off with a sophisticated cocktail hour from 7 to 8 p.m. Guests were treated to an exquisite selection of hors d’oeuvres that included mouthwatering crab cakes, refreshing tomato caprese skewers and flavorful chicken chimichurri empanadas.
As they mingled and enjoyed the festive atmosphere, the signature drink of the night, “White Christmas Mojito”, added a touch of holiday spirit to the affair.
The culinary journey continued with a sumptuous dinner served from 8 to 9 p.m. This menu boasted a variety of options, including a delectable vegan bolognese, perfectly cooked Peruvian roasted chicken and succulent branzino veracruz.
Accompanied by fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables, the meal was a true delight for the senses. Classic caesar and cobb salads added a refreshing balance to the flavorful main courses.
After indulging in the culinary delights, guests were treated to a mesmerizing performance by hula hoop Elves and Ice Queen dancers. The enchanting display captivated everyone in the room and afterwards, guests were encouraged to join them and dance along, creating an interactive and festive atmosphere.
The highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony, where the achievements of the brokers were celebrated. Paulina Chandler was honored with the “MVP of the Year” award and Barbara Kaufman received the “Highest Sales” award.
Paulina’s heartfelt acceptance speech resonated with everyone, adding a personal touch to the recognition of her outstanding accomplishments. Not only did she receive praise, but Paulina was also gifted a gorgeous Cartier watch to compliment her achievement.
